When the Heart Rate automatic monitoring is on,
you are able to set the Heart Rate alert on the
app and set the abnormal heart rate value. When
your heart rate reaches the abnormal value, the
smartwatch will vibrate and display the heart
rate alert.
Manual Heart Rate Reading
To Conduct A Manual Heart Rate Reading:
Open App > “Home” > tap the “Heart Rate” section (bottom of the screen)
> press “+” > press “Play/Pause button” icon

To Turn On / Off Heart Rate Alert:
Open App > tap “Settings” icon > tap “My
Smartwatch Settings” > tap “Heart rate alert” button
To Activate The Abnormal Heart Rate Value:
Open App > tap “Settings” icon > tap “My
Smartwatch Settings” > tap “Heart rate alert” arrow
> tap “abnormal heart rate value” arrow > set the
BPM number “CONFIRM” > “SAVE”
