提示！

在滤头内安装了截流装置，它在没有安装滤芯时在打开截止阀的情况下阻止意外漏水。

在过滤器支架插入滤头时，注意正确流向。

进水口和出水口软管（注意弯曲半径！）装在滤头上。

进水口软管连接到现有截止阀的进水口。

出水口软管连接到消耗装置。

5.5

安装水表

假如咖啡机不具有计数器，BWT建议在滤芯出水口安装水表，可显示需要更换滤芯。通过安装水表，可
随时测算出滤芯的可用剩余容量。BWT建议使用BWT Aquameter（水表）。仔细阅读本操作说明书。

5.6

安装/更换滤芯

小心!

滤芯只可安装在原装BWT water+more滤头。

清洁作业，避免过滤器系统污染。

滤芯更换前关闭内装截止阀。

从包装箔取出新滤芯并取下卫生盖。

安装滤芯之前在铭牌上写上过滤器滤芯安装日期和到期日期（12个月内），或安装过滤器滤芯之前
也可选择完整填写服务通，并用扎线带将其固定在滤头旁。

如更换将旧滤芯顺时针方向从滤头旋出。

新滤芯逆时针方向拧入滤头。

打开截止阀并检查系统的密封性。

在试运行期间，过滤器必须排气 (5.6.1 及 5.6.2 章 )。最小冲洗水量在 2.2 章中标出。

5.6.1

通过冲洗阀排气

独有滤头besthead内含有一个冲洗阀，针对滤头besthead ST/PA款，BWT建议在过滤系统出水口安装一
个冲洗/清洗龙头，冲洗/清洗过程变的非常简单。具体可参照说明书中冲洗阀操作章节。

5.6.2

通过消耗装置排气

如果下游消耗装置（例如咖啡机）具有用于滤芯调试的功能，过滤系统可以通过消耗装置排气。仔细
阅读消耗装置的操作手册。



提示!

滤芯通气时不要将水直接导入锅炉。

维护与维修

饮用水是食品。

操作过滤系统时注意卫生是不言而喻的。定期用湿布清洁过滤系统外
部，更换滤芯时清洁作业。避免使用腐蚀性的化学品和刺激性的洗涤
剂。

检查密封性

常规维护

检查压力软管

定期检测弯曲和挤压处。

弯折软管必须更换。

运行间隙

如停止运行超过两天，必须至少用

升的水对滤芯进行冲洗。
