These are chillers (fridge-gasi
fie
rs) with a monobloc ice bank for large users, such as communities, of
fi
ces,
bars, canteens and restaurants. These chillers are equipped with a coil to cool the water supplied as cold, and
a system for carbonating the water, which is made as carbonated cold, i.e. with the use of a carbonation pump
and a carbonating gas
ifi
er placed inside the machine.
The structure is made of AISI 304 stainless steel or pre-painted steel depending on the model. The water temperature can be
modified
by means of special adjustments. The unit always has an ice bank tank made of plastic material, evaporator coil in AISI
304 and water coils in AISI 316 with a minimum length of about 20 m. The carbonator is made of AISI 316 with a capacity of more
than 1 litre. The carbonator is in AISI 316 with a capacity of more than 1 litre. The structure and cladding of the unit, side panels
and cover are in stainless steel or black skin plate (pre-painted steel).
Cooling capacity depending on the appliance model from 35 l/hour up to 160 l/hour.
Environmentally friendly hermetic compressors depending on the appliance model from 1/6 Hp to 1/2 Hp.

The unit is built with materials suitable for contact with drinking water (D.M. 174/04)
NOTE: The coil for the passage of water is made of AISI 316 L steel.

POSITIONING
The appliance must be handled with care; falls and knocks can damage it even without external damage.
The appliance must only be installed by authorised technical personnel, who will take care of its maintenance and periodic
sanitisation. Place the appliance away from heat sources and
fl
ammable materials. In the vicinity of the appliance, electrical and
water supplies must be available in accordance with the manufacturer’s speci
ficat
ions. Ensure a minimum perimeter space of 20
cm for suf
fi
cient ventilation, particularly for under-counter appliances.
The side of the air-cooled condenser must be easily accessible for cleaning, possibly with the hot air produced by the condenser
conveyed outside the room.
If the appliance has been transported or placed in a non-vertical position, it must be positioned correctly and wait at least 24
hours before starting it up. The electrical connection cable, water pipes, and carbon dioxide pipes must not get in the way.
WARNING: It is forbidden to place the appliance near direct or indirect heat sources, or on top of other appliances or
equipment.
