Operating Instructions
Refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for correct jacking and lifting
procedures. Lift only using the correct jacking points as laid out by
the vehicle manufacturer.
Position stands under the vehicle at the specified jacking points.
To adjust the stands: Hold control lever up while lifting the saddle
shaft to the desired height. Push the control lever down to lock the
pawl
(fig 2)
into the teeth located on the centre column and insert
safety pin into correct location.
MAKE SURE PAWL IS FULLY ENGAGED INTO THE TEETH
Carefully lower the vehicle onto the axle stands.
DANGER!
Follow these instructions carefully when lowering the vehicle. If you
load the vehicle with the stands off centre it could result in damage,
injury or even loss of life.
Maintenance & Inspection
Visual inspection should be made before each use of the axle stands.
Checking for cracks, broken welds, and missing or damaged parts.
Any stand that appears to be damaged in any way should be
removed from service IMMEDIATELY.
Because of the potential hazards associated with the misuse of this
type of equipment - NO modifications should be made to these
products.
