Daily Sanitizing (1)
Sanitizing:
1. Prepare 100PPM sanitizing solution. Use warm water
and follow manufacturer’s specifications
2. Pour sanitizing solution into hopper and allow it to flow
into the freezing cylinder
3. After pouring solution, brush clean the mix hopper
