Correct location for installation
The radio signal of the sensor is highly
dependent on environmental conditions.
Metal objects, concrete surfaces, walls, and
metal cables all reduce its range, etc. Other
radio devices and environmental conditions
can also interfere with its operation.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The device can only
work as well as permitted by its
installation and environment. The device
can indicate dangerous situations but
it cannot prevent them.
The device must not be painted, varnished
or altered in any way.

Low Battery
Please connect the power adapter
to charge the battery. If the problem is no
solved, please contact the
distributer for more help.
Wearing Gloves
Take off the glove and try pressing
the keypad again.
Keypad is in power
saving mode
Touch any button of the keypad to
wake it up.
Keypad can’t be
paired with the
system
No response from the
alarm system
Make sure the alarm system is power on
and the App has already connected to the
system.
Remove the keypad from the app
and reconnect it as described under
„Connecting with the base“.
Always make sure the location the keypad
installed can be covered by the RF signal
sent from the alarm system. You can use a
paired remote controller to do some tests.

Please input the right code. Users can
modify the operation code in App.
Installation & Notice
1. Use the bracket to mark
the drill points.
2. Drill the holes for screw
anchors and fix the
bracket with screws and anchors
to the wall.
3. Mount keypad to bracket by put the
keypad over the bracket and move it soft
downwards. The keybad will raise an
alarm, once it is removed from bracket,
if tamper alarm is activated. It sounds
a quiet click when the holder is on the
tamper switch.
Note: If you want to power keypad
permanently, check for power sockets in range
of device before installation.
