Remove the faucet handle/
stem assembly by unscrew-
ing the faucet nut just behind
the faucet handle.
STEP 10
Disassemble the faucet/
stem assembly. Thoroughly
wash all faucet parts, drip
tray and cover in a mild
detergent and water solu-
tion. Rinse the parts in hot
water. Sanitize the parts for
five minutes, then air dry
completely.
Wash the entire outside sur-
face of the lid assembly with
a mild detergent and water
solution and rinse with hot
water. Do not submerge.
NOTE: Thoroughly cleaning
the lid assembly fins will
prevent inaccurate level
readings.

Reassemble the faucet and
attach it to the dispenser.
When reassembling - CAU-
TION: DO NOT over-tight-
en faucet bonnet - HAND
TIGHTEN ONLY.
DAILY CLEANING (Continued)
Use cleaning brush supplied
with the server to thoroughly
clean the fill tube of the lid
assembly and the faucet
spout.
Remove the drip tray and
drip tray cover. Thoroughly
wash in a mild detergent
and water solution. Rinse
the parts in hot water.

Wash the entire outside
surface of the server with a
clean damp cloth. Do NOT
clean this equipment with a
water jet device.
Thoroughly clean all coffee
residue from the contacts
between the server lid and
the digital sight gauge. If
the sight gauge is removed
for cleaning, do not lose the
thumbscrews.
