ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS
This grinder has an attached cordset and requires 3-wire, grounded service rated 120/208-240 volts ac, 14 amp,
60 hz, single phase. The mating receptacle to the cordset connector is NEMA L14-20R.
An electrician must provide electrical service and the proper mating receptacle as specified.
Initial Set-Up
CAUTION
– Improper electrical installation will damage the grinder.
1.
Set the grounds overflow tray on the shoulder screws at the front of the grinder.
2.
Plug-in the grinder.
OPERATING CONTROLS
Off/On Lever
OFF-
(rear position)
Switching to this position stops the grinder.
ON-
(front position)
Switching to this position engages the bag holder and starts the grind cycle.
Master Power Switch
ON-
(upper position)
Enables the on/off lever to function
OFF-
(lower position)
Stops grind cycle and disables the on/off lever
Grind Selector
Allows the user to vary the grind for each bag of coffee. Each setting will provide precisely the same grind every
time it is selected.
