Updating the ECM Tuner
1. Start the Heavy Duty Update Agent (if it is not already
running).
‣ You can check to see if it is already running by
looking for the Bully Dog icon in the System Tray in
the bottom right corner of your screen.
‣ If the Heavy Duty Update Agent is already installed,
you will find it in the following folder on your
Windows Start Menu:
All Programs > Bully Dog Technologies > Heavy Duty Update Agent
‣ If the Heavy Duty Update Agent is not present in
your programs list, you will need to install it.
2. Plug the microSD memory card into the card reader.
