Description
The helmet consists of the following main parts:
Helmet Shell
The helmet shell consists of fiberglass laminate material. This
provides a great degree of strength at a low weight, as well as good
resistance to aging. The protective zone of the helmet shell includes
the neck-and-ear area. The suspension is attached with 4 screws at
the lower helmet edge.The helmet is finished with flame-retardant
paint.
Internal
Components
The inner harness can be individually adjusted to the size of
the wearer’s head. The attachments for the visor and the neck guard
are mounted at the inner fittings.
Visor
The visor is made from polycarbonate. It has been designed as an
interior visor. When raised, it lies under the helmet shell. When
lowered, the visor covers the entire face
of the wearer.
Neck Guard
The neck guard is made of flame retardant aluminized aramid fiber
materials. The neck guard is attached to the helmet with 5 snap
fasteners.
