Before using for the first time, the appliance must be cleaned. To clean the appliance:
1.
Wash the water box, racks and oven interior with warm soapy water and a damp cloth.
2.
Place the rack inside the oven.
3.
Close the door.
4.
Set the Temperature knob to ‘MAX’, the function knob to Convection Oven (see table) and the Timer
knob to ‘5 minutes’.
5.
When the minutes are over turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply.
6.
Allow to cool. The appliance is now ready to use.
Note: See ‘Setting the Timer’ for setting times under 20 minutes.
