Setting the Temperature
1.
Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the required temperature (65°C-260°C).
2.
The Temperature Indicator light comes on.
Cleaning, Care & Maintenance
•
Always turn Off the appliance and disconnect from the power supply before cleaning.
•
Allow the appliance to cool before cleaning.
•
Use warm, soapy water and a damp cloth to clean the exterior of the appliance.
•
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
•
A BUFFALO dealer or qualified technician should carry out repairs if required.

Note: When the Oven reaches the set temperature the Temperature Indicator light turns
off.
