Installation
NOTES:
The BTEK Monorail Scale should be installed by a professional. It is
important to ensure that when installed, the unit is structurally sound,
it is advised to consult with building maintenance and or structural
engineers to ensure proper installation to rails and ceiling structure.
The monorail should be installed as level as possible.
It is also recommended that the monorail be installed on straight rails
and not on a turn or curve.
Dead rails:
Attaches to existing rail
with splice bolts or welding.
Live rail:
Scale portion of the monorail.
Additional Support Brackets:
Typically used with all thread and is
mounted to a solid permanent structure above the scale. Please consult
with building engineer or other qualified personnel to ensure structure
mounting integrity.
