Troubleshooting the V-IP Featurephone

In the event that the V-IP Featurehone does not work, carry out the following
checks.

Can a PC directly
connected to the

broadband router

browse ?

Is the V-IP Feature-

phone display on ?

Is the V-IP Feature-

phone connected

to the broadband

router ?

Is the REMOTE

SYSTEM IP address

correct ?

YES

Check your broad-

band connection

Check the power to

the phone

Connect the blue

cable to the broad-

band router

Reprogram the V-IP

Featurephone?

Contact the BT Versatility system

administrator to check that the

V-IP Featurephone is configured

correctly on the Broadband

Module with the correct MAC

address (ID:)
