AND ITS SUPPLIERS DO NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE OR MAKE ANY
REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE, OR THE RESULTS OF USE, OF THE
PROGRAM(S) OR DOCUMENTATION. BT AND ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE SUITABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR
PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM(S). IN NO EVENT WILL BT OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE
TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES INCLUDING ANY
LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF A BT REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN
INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY
THIRD PARTY.

BT warrants to its original Licensee that the CD on which the Program(s) are recorded are
free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of
90 days from the date of delivery as evidenced by the receipt. BT’s entire liability and your
only remedy under this warranty is, at BT’s option, either: return of the purchase price; or
replacement of the CD which is returned to BT postage paid with a copy of the receipt.
This limited warranty does not apply to CDs, which fail as a result of accident, misapplication
or abuse not the fault of BT. If BT replaces CDs, BT will warrant them for the rest of the
original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is the longer.

BT has no obligation to support or maintain the Program(s).

BT does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by its own
negligence.

This licence shall be construed and governed by English law. If any part of this Agreement is
found void or unenforceable, the balance of the Agreement remains valid and enforceable
according to its terms.

This Agreement automatically terminates if you fail to comply with its terms. On termination
you must destroy or irrevocably delete all copies of the Program(s) including modified copies.

This Agreement may only be modified in writing signed by a duly authorised representative
of BT.
