1. How can I check how much data
I’ve used?
You can check your data usage
in two places: on BT Connection
Manager for Mac under Statistics
and also on bt.com. You can access
this from bt.com/youraccount.
2. How do I find my USB Modem’s
mobile number?
You can find your USB Modem’s
mobile number on a sticker on
the back of the USB Modem pack
and on your BT Welcome Letter.
You can also find the number on
BT Connection Manager for Mac.
Go to Tools>Diagnostics>SIM/
USIM. The MSISDN number is your
mobile number. See page 8.
3. Will my USB Modem plug
and play?
No. You must download and
install BT Connection Manager
for Mac from www.bt.com/help/
mobilebroadband/mac. See the
Getting Started section of this
guide for installation instructions.
