You cannot delete the pre-recorded

outgoing messages.

Play your outgoing message

1. When in standby, press 

. Your current outgoing message

is played.

Re-instate the pre-recorded outgoing message

You can delete your own outgoing message and return to the
pre-recorded outgoing message.

1. When in standby, press 

. Your outgoing message

is played.

2. During playback, press 

. Your own recorded outgoing

message is deleted and the pre-recorded message reinstated.

Memory full indicator

If the recording memory becomes full while a message is
being recorded, the machine will announce “Answering
Machine Full”.

When the recording memory is full, new callers will hear the
Answer Only outgoing message. 

Play and delete messages to free up memory space.
