Delete an entry
1. Select
Dir
to open the directory and scroll

or quick-search, to the entry you want to delete.
2. Select
Options
, then
scroll or to
Delete Entry
and select
OK
.
3. The displays shows
Delete Entry?
. Select
Yes
to
confirm the deletion (or
No
to go back). The display
shows
Deleted
and returns to the directory.
4. Press
to exit and return to standby.
Assign a ringer melody to a directory entry
You can assign a different ringer melody to selected
entries in your directory, for example, family members or
friends. When one of these people call, you will be able
to identify them from the different ringer melody.
1. Select
Dir
and scroll

, or quick-search, to the
entry you want to assign a melody.
2. Select
Options
, then scroll
or to
Set Melody
and
select
OK
. The current setting is displayed and will be
played (unless set to ‘off’).
