Handset settings
To adjust the handset ringer
volume
There are 5 levels to choose
from (
1-5
), or you can turn
the ringer off altogether.
Press the
button to enter
the menu.
Use the
DOWN
button to
scroll to
HANDSET
and press
the
button.
Use the
DOWN
button to
scroll to
RING VOL
and press
the
button.
You will hear the current
volume setting and it will be
shown on the display.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
button
to select the required volume
(
VOLUME 1-5
or
VOL OFF
).
You will hear a sample ring.
Press the
button to confirm
the new setting. You will hear
a confirmation tone.
Press and hold the
✘
button to
return to the standby screen.
To switch keypad beeps on
and off
Press the
button to enter
the menu.
Use the
DOWN
button to
scroll to
HANDSET
and press
the
button.
The display will show
BEEP
,
press the
button.
The display will show
KEYTONE
,
press the
button.
Use the
UP
or
DOWN
button
to select either
ON
or
OFF
.
Press the
button. You will
hear a confirmation beep.
Press and hold the
✘
button to
return to the standby screen.
Important
Press and hold the
✘
button at any
time to exit the menu and return to
the standby screen.
