When you make a call, the
light on
the base flashes.
Call timer
Your handset or base will
automatically time the duration
of all external calls.
The handset or base display shows
the call duration both during and for
a few seconds after your call.
Out of range warning
When the handset goes out of range
of the base, the
flashes. If you are
on a call, the line will hang up. Move
back within range. The handset will
automatically re-connect to the base.
Using the phone
The instructions and features are the same using the handset or
the base unless stated otherwise.
Switch handset on or off
To switch off

. Press and hold
for about 5 seconds.

to confirm.
To switch on

. Press and hold
until the screen appears.
Please note that when the handset is placed back onto the base
it will automatically switch on.
Making and receiving calls
You can make a call using the handset or you can make a call
from the base. All calls made and received using the base will
be in handsfree mode.
Make an external call

. Press
on the handset or
on the base.

. When you hear the dial tone, dial the number.
Preparatory dialling

. Dial the number first. If you make a mistake press the left soft
key
Clear
to delete the last digit.
