USING

Note

Copying is stopped:

• if the directory of the receiving

handset becomes full. If so, the last
entry is displayed.

• if you receive a call. The entry

currently being copied will be
completed.

To delete an entry 

Press the 

DOWN

navigation

button to open the directory.

Press the 

DOWN

navigation

button to scroll to the entry
you want to delete.

Press the 

Menu

options button.

Press the 

DOWN

navigation

button until the display shows

Delete  Entry

.

Press the 

OK

options button 

to confirm. You hear a
confirmation beep.

Press the 

RED PHONE

button

until you reach the idle display.

The directory will be added 
to any existing entries already
stored on the receiving handset.

The receiving handset displays
how many entries have been
received. Any entries with the
same number are duplicated
so the number of stored
entries may be different from
the number of entries sent.
