To delete your first outgoing
message (A1)
•
Press the
MODE
button until the
voice says
‘Answer mode using
Announcement 1’
.
Display shows
A1

Press the
MODE
button.
•
Press and hold the
DELETE
button until the outgoing
message is deleted.
To record a second outgoing
message (A2)
•
Press the
MODE
button
repeatedly until the voice says
‘Answer Mode using
Announcement 2’
. Display shows
A2
.
•
Press the
MODE
button once
again. Voice says
‘Mode’
.
•
Press the
RECORD
button within
3 seconds. Your handset rings.
•
Press the
PHONE
button on your
handset. The voice says
‘Recording announcement’
.
•
Now record your announcement
through the Handset.
•
Press the
END CALL
button to
end the recording.
•
Your recording is played back.
or if
•
You are including a concluding
message press the
GREY
button
on the base station immediately
after recording your outgoing
message.
or
•
You may leave silence for
approximately 4 seconds after
recording your outgoing
message. The voice prompts you
for the concluding message and
you may then record your
concluding message.
•
Press the
END CALL
button to
end the recording.
•
Both your outgoing message and
the concluding message are
played back.
The unit will then automatically
revert into ‘Answer ON’ mode and
accept calls.
