DOOR PREPARATION
1.
Door must be fitted and hung properly before proceeding.
2.
Measure 1100MM from finished floor, mark a horizontal line on door and door edge.

Door preparation
(Below instructions all are use right hand open direction to install)
1. Measure the 1100MM height from the floor to the door edge.
Then across the door and door edge to draw a horizontal
line and make a centerline of lever handle mark.
2. Stick the template on the door by aligning the centerline of
handle and mark each center of circle.
3. Align both the horizontal centerline of lever handle and vertical
centerline of door thickness. Then dig a square hole:
24mm W x 98mm D x 175mm H
4. Mortise door edge according to measurements of installation
template and drill proper holes for trims & cylinder.
NOTE: When drilling the thru-bolt hole, in order to avoid rough
edge, it must drill the hole from both sides. Recess for the face
plate, the dimension is
24mm W x 3mm D x 240mm H
Ensure the faceplate can fit flush with the door edge surface.
