Calibrating the protractor
If necessary, the protractor can be calibrated with the supplied precision angle
(90°).
Calibration procedure:
1.
Enter the PRESET value of 90°
2.
Attach the protractor to the precision angle
3.
When the two measuring arms are in the correct position, briefly press
the ZERO/ON button and the default value of 90° will be accepted
The same procedure can also be performed on a flat surface (with parallel
measuring arms) and the PRESET value of 0°.
