One year for chassis and metal structures, parts and paintings. Already including the legal warranty
from the Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II) of 90 days.
LIMITED WARRANTY - WEIGHT LINE
Read the warranty terms and conditions carefully before using the equipment.
By using the equipment, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of the warranty.
Brudden Equipamentos Ltda., Manufacturer of Movement products, guarantees new equipment free from defects in materials and
manufacture in the periods set out below.
The warranty periods start on the date of issue of the purchase invoice issued by the Factory or accredited reseller.
This warranty will only apply to defects identi
" ed during the periods below and only to the original purchaser of the product. To

inspection.
OPTIONALS / ACCESSORIES / BATTERIES AND SELF-USABLE DEVICES
Many options or accessories have components that are connected internally.
If the internal components are installed by the factory or by an authorized service center as part of the original sale, they will have a
warranty identical to that of the product to which they were connected or assembled. If the components are not installed at the
factory or an authorized assistant as part of the original sale, they will have a 90-day parts and service warranty.
Allcomponentsthatarenotinternallyconnectedwillhavea90-daylimitedpartswarranty.
Proof of original purchase will be required
in any case.
CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
THE WARRANTY IS VALID IF IT IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONDITIONS BELOW:
•The product with the original proof of purchase (purchase invoice);
•Complaints made during the warranty period.
•The spare parts used are provided by Movement;
•Has not been object of: accidents, inadequate use or negligence, improper operation, abuse, transportation and inadequate
storage, maintenance in disagreement with the speci " cations contained in the instructions guide, inappropriate service, or
modi " cation not executed by Brudden;
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE OR FAILURE IN EQUIPMENT CAUSED BY LACK OF BASIC AND NECESSARY
MAINTENANCE AS DESCRIBED IN THIS MANUAL.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO:
•Natural wear parts and " nishing items, including, but not limited to the following: belts in general, Shrouds, adhesives, saddle,
foam seat or backrest, steel cables, foams and shoes;
•Products repaired or modi " ed by outsources, without prior written authorization by Movement;
•Products used in places with high #uctuations in temperature and humidity, such as saunas and close to heated pools;
•Repairs made to products without serial numbers or with altered and damaged identi
" cation
•Service call for product installation or instructions to the owners on how to use the product;
•Pick-up and delivery by the customer regarding repairs;
•No service expenses have occurred after the services warranty period.
GENERAL WARRANTY CONDITIONS
The Movement Limited Warranty service can be obtained by hiring an authorized dealer from whom the product was purchased.
The costs of any transport of the product to technical assistance including a technical visit made by authorized Assistant, are paid by
the purchaser, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty.
The responsibility of the current warranty is exclusively limited to the repair, modi
" cation, or replacement of the provided product.
Movement is not responsible for damage to persons, third parties, other equipment and installations. Loss of pro " t or any emergent
or consequential damages.
Brudden reserves the right to paralyze the manufacture of its products without prior notice and/or modify the speci
" cations and
introduce improvements in the products at any season, without incurring the obligation to perform the same in products
manufactured previously.
WARRANTY AND COVERAGE PERIOD
90 days
90 (Ninety) days for accessories to be attached to the equipment, in accordance with the
Consumer Protection Code (art. 26, II).
