REMOVAL OF THE CYLINDER HEAD COVER

Instruction

Figure: Cylinder head cover

1.

Remove the cylinder head cover (1) by removing the 3 Allen screws (M6x25) (3) and 1 Allen
screw M6x16 (4) from the cylinder.

2.

Remove the cylinder head together with the o-ring (2).

REMOVAL OF THE THERMOSTAT

1.

Remove the coolant thermostat from the cylinder head cover (1) by removing the 2 TAPTITE
screws M4x8 (6) on the thermostat retaining bracket (5).

2.

Remove the compression spring (4).

3.

Remove the thermostat (2) from the thermostat holder (3).
