NOTICE!
The cutting Blades (Item # 55, Part # 260-752) are sharpened on both
sides and each end and can be flipped over and locations changed when the
cutting edges are dull. The top blade must have the bevel on the bottom of the
blade and the bottom blade must have the bevel on the top of the blade. Blade
changing procedure is as follows: 1. Remove the Stump Jumper (Item # 54, Part
# 260-015) with the Blades attached by removing the center bolt (Part #
FB810F32) in the blade spindle and place on a work bench. 2. Remove the four
½” Nylock nuts (Part # NNE50CZ) from the four ½”-13 x 1-1/2” Grade 5 carriage
bolts (Part #CB58C24Z) holding the two blades to the Stump Jumper and lift the
Stump Jumper off the Blades. 3. Take each Blade and flip it over and change
places with the Blades. 4. Remount the Stumper Jumper to the Blades using
NEW lock nuts (Part # NNE50CZ) when remounting the Blades.
NEVER
REUSE LOCK NUTS
. 5. Remount Stump Jumper and Blade assembly to the
blade spindle.
NEVER USE ANY SPINDLE BOLT OTHER THAN THE
ONE PROVIDED (Part # FB810F32) or one that meets the following
specifications: 5/8”-18 X 2” Grade 8 Flange Bolt.
