The tape is fed normally but no

printing occurs.

Replace the dry cells with

new ones.

Is the printing normal?

Is the

head flat cable connected

correctly?

Are the thermal

head and platen dirtied?

Is the

thermal head defective?

End of repair.

Correct it.

Replace the

thermal head

ASSY.

If the platen or thermal print head is stained,

clean it with a head cleaning tape or cotton swab.
