MFL-Pro Suite on your PC, and then
turn on PC-FAX Receive on the PC.
Do one of the following:

From ( Start ), select All Programs ,
Brother , Brother Utilities ,
MFC-XXXX , PC-FAX Receive , and
select Receive . (XXXX is your model
name.)
