To erase messages all at once

Setting the Maximum Time for Incoming
Messages

Your machine comes set to receive voice messages up to 35 seconds
long. You can change this setting to any length from 35 seconds to 60
seconds, in 5-second increments. This setting also applies to Personal
Mailbox ICM and Memo.

When you set the Toll Saver feature, the machine answers after 4 rings if

no messages, and can hang up, avoiding any call cost.
