9-13. Adjusting the thread wiper

1. Loosen the set screw (2) and move the wiper arm support (3) up or down to adjust so that there is a clearance of 15 - 16

mm between the bottom of the thread wiper and the tip (1) of the needle when the thread wiper is aligned with the center of
the needle bar.

2. After the thread wiper has wiped the thread, loosen the bolt (5) and move the whole solenoid fixing plate (6) up or down to

adjust so that the distance is approximately 25 mm.

9-14. Adjustment of air pressure

1. Air pressure should be 0.5 Mpa.

The air pressure can be adjusted by pulling up and
turning the control knob (2) on the integrator (1).
After adjustment is complete, push the control knob (2)
downward to lock it.

2. If water stands in the bottle of the integrator (1), turn the

drain cock (3) in the direction indicated by an arrow to
drain the water.

Open the air cock (4) slowly.
