Is ECN1 of IOD2 properly connected with 12CN of MCTL ?

Check the v24V-1 and +5V-1.

+24V-1: Is the v24V between MM1-4 and 5, ECN12-4 and 5, ECN2-5 and 1 ?

+5V-1: Is the v5V between MM1-6 and 7, ECN12-6 and 7, ECN2-7 and 1 ?

Replace the IOD2.

Is E2 error cleared ?

Replace the IOD1.
