General Information

Power On/Off key

Power On/Off key has the following functions:



Power Off

Make sure that the machine is in the

Ready

mode, then hold down

for about 2 seconds. All the LEDs

turn off when you enable the Power Off mode. For details about Power Off mode, see

Power Off mode

on page 45.



Cancel printing

Cancel the current job being printed: Press and hold

for about 2 seconds. The machine will then eject

the paper. The

Error

LED ( ) and

Ready

LED ( ) will light up alternately. Then release

Cancel all the received jobs: To delete all jobs, cancel the current job first following the procedure above.

While all the LEDs light up alternately, press

again. All the LEDs will keep on lighting up alternately

as the job(s) is being canceled.



Error recovery
If there is an error, the machine will recover automatically from some errors. If an error is not automatically

cleared, press

to clear the error, and then continue to use the machine.



Form feed

If the

Ready

LED ( ) blinks for a long time, press

. The machine will print any data that is left in the

machine’s memory.
