Chapter 2 Preparation of Embroidery Machine

For adjusting the height, loosen the screw

and turn the tension spring bracket

For adjusting the tension spring force, insert a driver tip in the groove of the thread tension
bar

and turn it.

To loosen

■

Lower thread tension

The standard tension of the lower thread is

0.15~ 0.3N (15~30gf).

This tension may vary depending on the used

thread. In general, press the bobbin case to a

s m o o t h v e r t i c a l s u r f a c e a n d h a n g t h e

designated number of coins. Turn the thread

tension screw so that the lower thread will come

out smoothly.

To tighten

0.15~0.3N
