Attachment of Zigzag link holder assy
1. Set the zigzag link holder assy

to the pattern selecting unit assy

, and
then secure it with the screw

*Key point
• Check that align the boss of the pattern selecting unit assy

with the positioning hole of the zigzag link holder assy

.
• Tighten the screw

temporarily, fully tighten the screw

and fully tighten the screw

in this order.
2. Set the zigzag adjusting nut

to the Z link connecting rod

of the
pattern selecting unit assy

, and set them to the zigzag link holder assy

, and then tighten the screw

temporarily.
*Key point
• Check that place the zigzag adjusting nut

with the larger
end facing the top side.
• Check that there is the hook

of the spring at the right side of
the zigzag link holder assy

.
• Fully tighten the screw

after performing "4-15 Adjustment:
Right needle drop position (zigzag stitch)" .
