insTalling THE baTTERiEs
1. open the bAttery CoMPArtMent CoVer.
2. Insert three AA batteries (not included) according to battery indicators
inside the compartment.
3. Close the bAttery CoMPArtMent CoVer.
2. once the batteries are inserted, the WeatherCast will give you a brief
introduction to the different symbols used on the screen. Following the
instructional demonstration, the temperatures will be replaced with dashes
until the first update is received.
4. Place your WeatherCast in an area where it receives good signal.
5. Check the signal strength indicator on the front of
the device. If you are only getting one bar, try moving unit towards a
window, or going upstairs—two or three bars of signal strength are ideal.
