power
light
will
be
on.
The
camera
will
start
to
initialize
by
moving
in
1
cycle
in
10
seconds
from
pointing
downwards
to
horizontal,
t
hen
downwards again
.
In
total
30
seconds,
the
Wi
‐
Fi
light
will
start
to
blink,
and
is
ready
to
be
connected.

On
your
phone
device,
go
to
Settings
and
turn
on
Wi
‐
Fi.
Select
the
ROVER
LAND
AND
SEA
SSID
(Starting
with
RoverL&S),
and
you
shall
see
the
“
√
”or
Wi
‐
Fi
connected
icon
“
”
2.
Open
you
APP.
3.
The
Wi
‐
Fi
light
will
become
solid
BLUE
4.
You
are
connected
when
you
see
the
video
starts
to
stream
from
the
ROVER
LAND
AND
SEA
to
your
phone
device.
