and reconnect your device to Big Blue Tower .
Unplug Big Blue Tower and then plug back in .
Adjust your device’s equalizer .
Check Big Blue Tower or your device’s volume level .
Make sure Big Blue Tower is plugged in .
Confirm device is paired or correct source is selected .
Unplug Big Blue Tower and then plug back in .
