sometimes negotiate the link speed to 8G when connecting a breakout cable; to avoid this, disable and then re-enable

the port that negotiated the speed to 8G, or connect the cable to the QSFP first and then install the QSFP into the

switch.

•

Removed the "Power Supply OK and FAIL Status LEDs" section from the "Power Supply Assemblies" chapter because
