1 SETTING UP YOUR INCUBATOR
LOCATION AND INSTALLATION
Your i ncubator will give best results in a heated room
free from wi de temperature va ri ations a nd with
generous venti lation
– pa rti cularly i f s everal
i ncubators are running at the s ame ti me.
Ens ure that the room temperature ca nnot drop on a
col d night. Ideally thermostatically control the room
a t between 68 a nd 77°F (20 and 25°C). Never allow
the room temperature to drop below 59°F (15°C).
Ma ke s ure that the i ncubator ca nnot be exposed to
di rect s unlight a nd is used on a flat, l evel s urfaced
worktop or table, not on the floor. Pl ease ensure the
i ncubator is used on a water resistant s urface.
Connect the mains ca ble to the incubator l id. Ensure
the connector i s pushed fully home in its socket.
