Secure the Bolt (

Whizz Nut (

Add a Whizz Nut (

) to the Bolt (

).
Rotate the nut down, leaving about half the
length of the bolt exposed.

Add the Boom Arms (

) to the Bolts (

) with
the slightly angled tabs at the end pointed down, as
illustrated here.
Secure each Boom Arm with another Whizz Nut (
