Spring Pins

Tubes

Step 9

Unfold the two sides of lower cart
frame as illustrated. Make sure tubes
are fully expanded until the spring
pins lock in place. Lift side top
crossbars until spring pins lock in
place. 

Step 10

Remove pre-attached tank brace from
hook located on side top crossbar.
Then attach the tank brace by inserting
the pre-attached bolt through the
keyhole, slide down and then use the
wing nut  to secure.
