Setup Procedure
Steps to Perform

Uncrating
o
Remove crate & banding.
o
Place transmissions in PUSH position & roll off skid.

Battery Activation &
o
Charge the battery (Note: proceed with other setup steps
Installation
while battery is charging).
o
Test battery with hydrometer or load-tester.
o
Install & secure battery.

Rider Assembly
o
Install the seat and connect the seat switch
o
Install ground speed control levers.

Check Fluid Levels
o
Fill & check Engine oil level.
o
Check transmission fluid level.
o
Reduce & check tire pressures
(Front tires 40 psi, rear tires 15 psi).

Mower Assembly
o
Torque mower blade bolts.

Lubrication
o
Lubricate all grease & oil points.

SAFETY CHECKS
o
Check for LOOSE HARDWARE.
o
Check all OPERATOR CONTROLS.
o
Test
PARKING BRAKE.
o
Perform
MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK.
(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
o
Perform
SAFETy INTERLOCK SySTEM CHECK.

Burnish Electric Clutch
o
Burnish electric clutch (run for 15 seconds, repeat 10 times).
o
Repeat
MOWER BLADE STOPPING CHECK.
(Blade must stop within 5 seconds!)
Register Product
o
To register the product: log onto www.thepowerportal.com,
select the appropriate brand, click “My Resources,” select
the “Product Registration and Rebate” icon and then the
“New Product Registration / Rebate” tab. Fill out and sub-
mit the online product registration form.
