It is fundamental for the plates to be aboard the boat, since they are only f orm of

recognition  and  identification.  W ithout  them   the  boat  does  not  comply  with  the
legislation in effect. The plates must never be removed. Any tampering or remov al not
authorised by the manufacturer is the full responsibility of the owner.
