•
Press the MIX button, then the START/STOP
button to start making alternative milk.
•
When the alternative milk
is ready to drink, press the
DISPENSE button, then
the START/STOP button to
dispense the milk. Open
spigot to dispense into
another container.
•
Refrigerate alternative
milk for up to
5-6 days.
•
Butter your ingredients
following the instructions
above.
•
Add up to 2L of water
once butter process is
complete.
•
Clean the outside of the base and the
attached arm with a damp, soft cloth.
•
Disassemble and clean the basins,
blades, and wiper blades with dish
detergent and rinse thoroughly with
water OR wash in a dishwasher (top
rack recommended).
•
Use the enclosed cleaning brush to
clean the steel mesh on the inner filter.
•
Do not use abrasive cleaners.
•
After cleaning, dry all components
thoroughly prior to storage.
WARNING: Never immerse the
base in water or other liquids.
WARNING: Always unplug the
appliance prior to cleaning.

Note: Only
use cool water
when making
alternative milk.
Do not use hot
water in your
NutraMilk or you
may damage your
machine!
Components to check:
- Ensure the mixing basin is securely locked
into place.
- Ensure the lid is fully locked by turning
it counter-clockwise to open and then
clockwise to close and lock.
- With lid locked, ensure that the arm is
locked into the lid securely. If the wiper
drive gear does not line up when lowering
the arm into place, rotate the wiper blades
a quarter turn by hand and lower arm
again.

troubleshooting tips.
•
If the LCD displays “Er” when
any function button is pressed,
the components have not been
assembled correctly. Unplug
the unit and re-assemble its
components.
