Winter vegetable puree (

1 brussel sprout

1.  Peel all of the vegetables and dice using the chopping attachment on a high speed 

setting. Place in a pan, cover with water and simmer for 30 minutes. 

2.  Drain the vegetables and reserve the cooking water.
3.  Mash the vegetables add a little of the cooking water and, using the blending 

attachment,  blend on a low speed setting until smooth, adding more liquid if needed 

to obtain the correct consistency.

300ml milk, breast or formula

1.  Peel and rinse the potato and leek and dice using the chopping attachment on a high 

speed setting.

2.  Rinse the chicken and cut into pieces. 
3.  Add all of the ingredients to a pan. Pour in the milk, bring to the boil then cover and 

simmer gently for 20 minutes. 

4.  Finally use the blender attachment on a low setting and blend the mixture until very 

smooth.
