Functions
Controlling Joule requires an iOS or
Android device—there are no manual
controls. Use your device to check in
on food, receive notifications during
cooking, and access tips and recipes.
Frequent software updates add new
recipes and techniques.
PAIRING JOULE WITH YOUR
SMARTPHONE OR TABLET
1. Activate Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Download the Joule app from the
app store, and then log in with your
username and password. Don’t have
login information yet? No problem—
you can create an account within
the app.
3. Locate the orange Joule button
in the lower right corner. It will
guide you through the process of
connecting your Joule to your app.
The LED status light on top of Joule
will blink white when it is ready to
connect.
