know your Breville ikon™ Microwave Oven

LED DISPLAY SCREEN – shows selected cooking 

time, power, symbols and time-of-day
NUMBERS (1-8) – programs for the Auto Menu 
settings
MICROWAVE – use to set the power level. To 

check selected power level during time cooking 

press ‘MICROWAVE’ buttons
AUTO REHEAT – use to reheat food by weight
CLOCK – press button to set the time-of-day or 

recall the time-of-day display. The time-of-day 

will be displayed at all times except when the 

oven is operating. In the event of a power failure 

or if the microwave oven is unplugged, the clock 

will have to be reset
START/C30 SEC – press button to start 

the cooking or defrosting functions. The cooking 

symbol will appear on the display and the interior 

oven light will turn on, the interior fan will operate 
and the turntable will rotate

POTATO – use to cook potato by weight
TIME/WEIGHT DEFROST – use to defrost frozen 

meat, poultry and seafood by weight. The 

defrosting time and power level are automatically 

set once the food category and the weight are 

programmed
STOP/CLEAR – press button to cancel the 

selected power level, cook or defrost times that 

previously programmed. The time-of-day clock 

cannot be cancelled by pressing the STOP/CLEAR 
button
TIMER/AUTO MENU/WEIGHT – turn dial to select 

timer, auto menu or weight options for individual 

settings
