OPERATING YOUR BREVILLE PRODUCT

Press START button and cook. Allow to

stand for 5 minutes after cooking cycle

has finished.

Carefully remove lid and puree with an

immersion blender until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve with a dash of cream or milk

(optional).

METHOD

Place butter or oil and chopped leek into

a microwave-safe bowl.

Cover with a vented microwave-safe plastic

lid, paper towel or microwave-safe plastic

Cook on 100% for 2–3 minutes.

Stir well and add remaining ingredients.
