Using Your Electric Indoor Grill:
WARNING: Surfaces may be hot. Use oven mitt to open Lid while cooking.
1.
Once the appliance has preheated you may brush a small amount of vegetable oil or cooking
spray to the plates.
NOTE:
According to US Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service, cook foods
such as meat, fish, and poultry thoroughly before consuming them to avoid food-borne illnesses.
Before consuming, determine the temperature of the foods using a food thermometer (not included).
Refer to the USDA web site for information on food temperature rules.
2.
Make sure your Removable Drip Tray is in place. Place food you would like to cook on the
Bottom Grilling Plate and close the Top Lid. Use the time guide below for an approximate
cooking time.

When food has finished cooking, use an oven mitt to raise the lid as steam may escape and
be hot. Use tongs or wooden utensils to remove food as to not damage the non-stick
coating. Do not cut food on the Grill.
4.
When cooking is complete, unplug the product from the electrical outlet.
